Workshop to help yoga students develop a home practice programme

A YOGA workshop to help practitioners develop regular home practice between weekly classes is being held in Coventry this month.
The half-day event, being held at the Visitor Centre in the city’s War Memorial Park takes place on the morning of January 11, 2020.
Yoga students from Yogic Life, based in Earlsdon Coventry will have the chance to look at the barriers and benefits to regular practice and adapting a programme to suit their lifestyle. Integral yoga which balances all aspects of the being, including mind, body, breath and emotions, can easily be adapted to the needs of individual student while increasing awareness.
Regular yoga practice increases the benefits of yoga classes and accelerates the resulting inner transformation. Benefits include:

  • improving balance, flexibility and strength
  • reducing stress
  • relieving anxiety
  • reducing chronic pain
  • improving sleep quality
  • improving breathing capacity and technique
  • promoting a healthy lifestyle
