Yantra and Mandala Workshop

Learn how to create yantras and mandalas at a workshop in Birmingham on Saturday April 21, 2018.

Creating a mandala or yantra is a ritual which offers self reflection and healing as well as tapping into our creative spirit. Mandala means circle and is a sacred symbol of wholeness. A yantra is a powerful form of mandala and used as a tool for meditation.

Yoga Teacher and artist Helen Turner (Swatantra) will guide students, step by step in drawing and painting Ganesh Yantra and give all the tools necessary to create your own unique mandalas.

The workshop takes place at the Fusion Centre, South and City College Birmingham, 334-339 Bradford Street, B5 6ES from 9.30am to 3.30pm and costs £35.
