Pawanmuktasana part 2
This is the second group of practices in Swami Satyananda’s important series and is concerned with strengthening the digestive system. It is excellent for people with digestive and reproductive disorders as well as varicose veins.
Home practice note for students: Rest in shavasana before starting to ensure body and mind is relaxed and calm. Rest also between each practice until the breathing reaches its resting state. Do not strain and start with one practice, then add one at a time.
These practices should be taught by an experienced Satyananda teacher.
